Our room was nice. We love the hotspring tub. Extra bonus point for the automated toilet seat with bidet. I just wish they have onsite washer and dryer. The nearby laundromart is about 3-5mins walking. The breakfast spread was okay. Free parking lots are available. Their staffs were helpful when i requested extra towel for my kid. There are outdoor hotspring at the rooftop. But i didnt got time to try.

The service recovery was top notch!! When i arrived, it was too early check in, but when i finally checked in, it was too late to use the outdoor roof facilities (4-9pm thereabouts). The duty manager promptly called one of the sister properties, and got me access to their facilities the next morning, thankfully!!

Breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Location is excellent and close to train station. We stayed in the family room with 3 beds. The room is spacious with a big washroom.

I like to night shift recipients, young gentleman helped us direct where to have fun and the location introduction and so warmly service when we need some help~~~ Breakfast is so good, over our expectations !!

The breakfast was very nice with a lot of selections. I would have preferred a more rural location but if you like being in the center of the city this is the place for you. There are a lot of fast food and small dish restaurants and if you look around you can find some seafood places in the area. The car park was convenient. The bathroom and tub was big and good for soaking in the springs.

I like how cosy the property is. Perhaps because it’s not a large hotel, the staff were especially attentive. They also paid great attention to cleanliness. The restaurant staff can be seen cleaning the food station every 5 min, and topping up food items even though they were far from being empty.

It is so close to the train station. You should take the train operated by the Taiwan Railroad and the station will stop right in the town and you get out and one and a half block is the hotel.

Great variety for breakfast, hotspring in room tub huge and comfortable, bed is comfortable. Love the toilet

Staff was very friendly and approachable. They were also very kind to assist when my aged parent accidentally broke a glass. Superb service.

Good location close to downtown, hotel staff are nice and good service. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they come to 礁溪.
